Brewed on the banks of the Heathcote River in Woolston, Cassels Woolston Pale Ale is a traditional Pale Ale with distinctive New Zealand characteristics. Our Amigo Amber Lager is based on one of our favourite Mexican beers, Negra Modelo and technically is considered a Munich Dunkel. Made with German lager yeast, all New Zealand Gladfield malts, malted maize corn and NZ hops it is an authentic representation.
