As a young man, Richard Emerson was a huge fan of the Dunedin Sound. Being deaf, he couldn't hear the music, but he could feel it. This beer is a tribute to The Sound, made with NZ hops for a bold local flavour, that will reverberate around your taste buds.

This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while it's light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug, too.

Taieri George is named after the most important Emerson of all - Richard's Dad. Not only was he a founding member of the Taieri Gorge Railway, he was also the brewery's original Chief taster. He particularly enjoyed this drop, brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and Otago clover honey. In his memory, we release this brew on his birthday. Here's to you, George.

Havana has been fighting the good coffee fight since their Cuba Street days, back in 1989. That's even longer than our good beer fight. So, this "about bloody time" collaboration is well earned. Deep, dark brown in colour, smooth and creamy in texture, with a sweet, caramelised taste, complemented by just a hint of bitterness. plus, of course, a hint of coffee to finish. New Zealand's first American style IPA, released in 2008, has gone on to be New Zealand's most awarded beer. In recent years, it has won six back to back Best in Class trophies around the world including New Zealand, Australia and Sweden.

This is a classic West Coast (USA) style IPA. It has a dry finish, with limited malt sweetness, which accentuates the hop flavour and hop bitterness. So the beer is punchy on hop flavour, and firm lingering hop bitterness. The bitterness is 66 IBU - hoppy, bitter, dry.
