The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

Everyone loves an original. The original song, the original movie, the original sneakers, even. So, Emerson's are bringing back a special limited edition original of their own - Pilsner. Or as it was originally called, Pride of the Plains. First brewed on 16 May 1995, with Saaz D hops (now known as Riwaka), this 2025 reboot has been inspired by the original single-hop recipe. It has the same bold fruit flavours, and notes of passionfruit and lime. Make the most of it, it might not be around again for another 30 years.

If you've been mowing your super-long lawn, running super-fast, or out in the super-hot sun, you'll need to super-quench your super-thirst. This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while it's light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug, too.

Named Freya after the Norse goddess of war, love, and destiny, this West Coast IPA stands as a tribute to power with purpose - bold, clear, and unrelenting. Crystal clear and golden with a punchy aroma of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and crushed gooseberries. The first sip hits with bright citrus peel, sharp pine, and dank herbal edges, followed by waves of ripe mango and blueberry from the Mosaic. HaziNESS was brewed as a playful tribute to haze, mystery, and those rare people who keep everything running smoothly-without ever needing the spotlight. HaziNESS pours like a spring sunset-glowing gold beneath a soft, milky haze. On the nose, you're hit with a wave of ripe mango, crushed pineapple, and sweet citrus peel, backed by a gentle whisper of fresh-cut grass and soft pine. The mouthfeel is smooth and pillowy, almost creamy, with low bitterness and just enough carbonation to keep it bright. Each sip reveals new layers-peach fuzz, lime zest, and a dash of white grape-as if the flavour's shifting beneath the surface. It's a beer that doesn't shout; it invites you in and rewards you for sticking around.

Epic JIRA was never meant to exist. Crisp, composed, and forged with absolute precision, it reimagines the pilsner for a new world - taking the discipline, balance, and clarity of Japanese brewing and charging it with the vibrant character of modern hops. Riwaka brings an unmistakable burst of passionfruit, lime, and tropical lift, while Citra adds bright citrus and clean, refreshing drive.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of Garage Project's favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

Don't be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight. A true sheep in wolf's clothing.

Hapi, the Maori word for hop, inspires this truly Pacific pale ale. Brewed with New Zealand barley and the best of the Kiwi hop harvest, Motueka, Wai-iti, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. Assertively hoppy - exceptionally drinkable. Sessionble in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

The monster hop has taken a new form. The same all-star cast of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, now shrouded in haze. Juicy grapefruit, passionfruit and dank resin, fused in a swirling otherworldly Hazy IPA. The beast is back.

Looks like it's your lucky day. Lucky Charm, polotmavé pivo, Czech style amber lager. A generous blend of Pilsner, Vienna, Munich and Midnight Wheat, balanced with Saaz and Celeia hops and fermented with a Czech yeast. The result is a superbly smooth lager, with restrained hop notes, soft, rounded malt mouthfeel with hints of caramel and fresh baked bread crust. Works like a charm.
