Brewed for Smiths NZIPA Challenge in Queenstown, and crammed with Peacharine, Rakau, Motueka, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops, this crystal-bright NZ IPA bursts with juicy peach, tropical fruit, fresh citrus and subtle white wine character. Clean bitterness, lean malt body and a crisp, refreshing finish. Filtered for finesse. 6.4% ABV.

Over at Bach Brewing they've been reminiscing sun drenched days on the family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure. Bach Brewing sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for their cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops... and dusted off an old recipe for their trophy winning Limburg Czechmate to brew a classic Bohemian style Pilsner. Bohemian Pils malts and Czech Saaz hops combine for a smooth soft maltiness, firm hop bitterness, spicy and floral, with a crisp refreshing finish; One's not enough.

Over at Bach they've been on the Freestyle hop farms... dank and sticky fresh green cones of Nectaron were field harvested at their peak and hightailed to the brewery. Chris and Craig B weaved their brewing magic, dry hopped with new harvest pellets, Riwaka, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron again, for a dank, dripping and fiercely fresh Hazy IPA. Expect waves of ripe stonefruit, sticky passionfruit and a resinous hum.

Originating from East Coast USA, the New England or Hazy IPA style de-emphasizes hop bitterness and showcases hop flavour and aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit juice. Bach Brewing have brewed their first hazy IPA with a juicy combination of Maris Otter; wheat malts, oats, and a truck load of tropical fruit driven hops from NZ, Australia and USA. 6.2% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... and brewed up a lip-licking dark beer inspired by the nostalgic flavours of a Kiwi jelly tip and cherry ripe. Nestled on velvety roasted malts and layered with natural cherries, raspberries and boysenberries, then finished with cacao nibs. Rich. Lush. Slightly outrageous. Dessert in a glass.

It is commonly said that drinking beer is like pouring smiles on your brain. Behemoth would have to agree that a great beer does make their brain happy!
