Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris, being a mutation of Pinot Noir, revels in the Central Otago conditions that suit Pinot Noir so beautifully - a long slow ripening period is desirable, with cool nights and warm days as the Autumn harvest approaches. The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris has a mineral acidity backbone and an off dry finish that gives the wine a delicious structure and refreshing style.

Summer in a glass, dry Provençal style - crushed berries over alpine flower & citrus sorbet. Made from 100% Central Otago Pinot Noir fruit, lightly pressed to extract just enough colour to deliver the provencal-esque pale pink. Fermented dry to allow the delicate Pinot red fruit characters and cool climate minerality to hop across your palate.

The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

In celebration of his achievement, the Napa Tier wines are sourced from distinctive vineyards throughout the Napa Valley and truly express a classic Napa Valley style. Fruit for this Napa Valley Chardonnay was selected from the producers distinctive vineyards well as from growers with whom the producers have long-term relationships. The particular combination of terroirs results in an exceptionally expressive, complex wine.

This Buttery Chardonnay is golden-straw in colour and opens with decadent aromas. The creamy, rich buttery flavours swirl with notes of stone and tropical fruits with sweet baking spices. Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. The palate is full, textural with fine tension, showing lemon meringue, butterscotch and delicate minerality and a zesty finish. A perfect complement to roast chicken, risotto, and seafood.

On the picturesque Gibbston Back Road you will find our Pinot Gris Vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested early morning and fermented in small batches. This youthful pinot gris is then subtlety aged in older French oak, thus adding additional layers of texture and weight to the palate and enhancing those exceptional aromatics and flavours. On the nose you'll find aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and Nashi pear with a vibrant luscious palate and long, zesty finish. Complements rich or light seafood meals and most spiced cuisine, very versatile.

It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.
