This off-dry South Australian Shiraz is a vibrant and fruit-forward wine that boasts aromas of juicy red berries, raspberry, and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a silky texture, displaying flavours of ripe red fruit and a hint of chocolate. The wine has a pleasant balance of acidity with an easy-to-drink finish. A Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink! This is a vibrant, opulent Shiraz designed to make a statement. A rich bouquet of sweet red fruit complement a juicy fruit driven palate. Fine velvety tannins support the round fruit flavours. An ideal sipper, this is an aromatic Shiraz with minimal oak presence that is perfect drinking now.

Dark & concentrated in colour, with red and purple hues. The bouquet is rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. The Palate is plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with fruitcake, plum & rum & raisin flavours.

Filsell Shiraz is a powerful, dense and structured wine with stylish fruit and texture that drives long and will be a long living wine in years to come. Star anise, juniper and hazel nut liquor flow across dark cherry and continues with chocolate espresso like flavours that combine with dense, tight tannins that show direction and velvet to silky texture that continues driving into a very long and fulfilling finish.
