You drink a Hazy IPA because you want a bit more from your beer. You drink a Hazed & Confus-anero'd when you want a bit more from your hazy. Brewed with the braver taste bud in mind, Emerson's have taken their signature recipe of Hazed & Confused with Riwaka, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, then added one of the world's hottest chilli peppers. Or as they like to say, it's infus-anero'd with habanero.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

This beer is a tribute to the Matron Saint of Emerson's. Richard's Mum, Ingrid. Without her belief, patience, and tolerance, Emerson's Brewery wouldn't be here today. Ingrid had a soft spot for German style wheat beers, and we know she would have loved this one. Weizenbock is a dark beer, bringing wheat and malt together for a toasty, bready, rich brew. It's warming, sweet, spicy, and surprisingly strong. Just like Ingrid.

Warning, You're dangerously close to a bear. So, now is a good time to study up on the famous Three Bear Rule. If it's brown, lay down. If it's black, fight back. If it's tangelo, say hello. Lucky for you, this Juicy Bear is the latter. An IPA brewed with Citra, Motueka and Galaxy hops, then infused with copious amounts of natural tangelo extract, for a full citrus overload. Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson's first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints.

It's unwise to make sweeping generalisations about Phantom Lords. They're not all sinister and evil. In fact, this one is quite the fun, fruity character. Brewed with a heady combo of Kohatu (NZ) and Mosaic (US) hops, Phantom Lord Hazy IPA is full of complex tropical flavours. Pineapple, lime, and stone fruit meet mango, citrus and berries. Just watch out, at 6.66%, it does still have a bit of devil in it.

Phantom Lords are so misunderstood. Everyone thinks they want to tear your soul out, or claim your firstborn. Take this one. Yes, it does the whole Dark Side thing - black as tar, roasty chocolate notes, but it's also chirpy and hoppy as an American Pale Ale. Turns out Phantom Lords just wanna have fun, then tear your soul out.

This Phantom Lord's soul draws its spirit not from the Underworld, but California, USA. As a West Coast IPA, it's absolutely brimming with Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops. They were going to stop adding them, but the devil on their shoulder told them to keep going. And he was right. The result has the classic, bitter bite you want, with big grapefruit, resinous pine, and passionfruit undertones. It's the loudest Phantom Lord yet well, it is American.
