The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

Red Knot Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant in colour with aromas of cassis and chocolate, and a full bodied, richly structured palate of blackberry flavours subtly framed with French and American oak.

Deep ruby in colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich, concentrated aromas of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, cocoa, and sweet spices. Soft, chewy tannins lead to a long, lush finish. Ageing select lots in bourbon whiskey barrels enhances the finish of smoke, sweet spice, and cocoa when added to the final blend. A superb accompaniment to bourbon-glazed grilled meats, charcuterie boards, hearty pasta dishes, and strong cheeses.

This Buttery Chardonnay is golden-straw in colour and opens with decadent aromas. The creamy, rich buttery flavours swirl with notes of stone and tropical fruits with sweet baking spices. Oak ageing creates a finish of crème brûlée and toasty brioche. Enjoy this wine with roasted chicken, grilled salmon, creamy dishes, and pungent cheeses.

Dark ruby red in colour, this wine opens up with aromas and flavours of ripe black cherry and raspberry. Ageing select lots in rum barrels enhances the notes of baking spice, brown sugar, vanilla, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Dark chocolate notes carry through to a long, lush finish. Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. The palate is full, textural with fine tension, showing lemon meringue, butterscotch and delicate minerality and a zesty finish. A perfect complement to roast chicken, risotto, and seafood.

On the picturesque Gibbston Back Road you will find our Pinot Gris Vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested early morning and fermented in small batches. This youthful pinot gris is then subtlety aged in older French oak, thus adding additional layers of texture and weight to the palate and enhancing those exceptional aromatics and flavours. On the nose you'll find aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and Nashi pear with a vibrant luscious palate and long, zesty finish. Complements rich or light seafood meals and most spiced cuisine, very versatile.

Rockburn Seven Barrels Dick Bunton Vineyard Gibbston Pinot Noir. Every year Rockburn fill hundreds of French Oak barrels with Pinot Noir, and every year they search for those individual barrels that most eloquently speak of site and season. This wine exemplifies the sophistication of Gibbston Valley Pinot Noir. In the glass the colour is an opalescent light garnet and when taken to the nose you are rewarded with a wonderful aroma of spice and florals with a lovely nuance of oak. Restrained strawberry and raspberry flavours are suspended on a fabulous acid structure and very fine tannins complement the taste experience. This a beautifully structured, balanced wine. The finish is long and lingering. Overall, the wine is delicate but yet powerful, somewhat reminiscent of wines from the spiritual home of Pinot Noir.
