Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. On the picturesque Gibbston Back Road you will find our Pinot Gris Vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested early morning and fermented in small batches. This youthful pinot gris is then subtlety aged in older French oak, thus adding additional layers of texture and weight to the palate and enhancing those exceptional aromatics and flavours. On the nose you'll find aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and Nashi pear with a vibrant luscious palate and long, zesty finish. The 2022 Eleven Barrels Parkburn Vineyard Pinot Noir is a single vineyard wine displaying the power, generosity and intensity generated by their Parkburn Vineyard site. Dark and moody, the Eleven Barrels displays notes of black cherry, thyme and ripe plum, with an expressive nose and plush tannins on the palate. With the fine balance of ripe fruit, natural acidity and mineral tension this wine truly represents the Pisa sub-region and its complex nature. It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

This wine is the result of Rockburn's Winemaker let loose to practice his Artistry on fruit from other sites within Central Otago. Created from a single vineyard site in the Dunstan foothills, this wine has a dense core of dark cherries, charred oak, notes of star anise, leather and cinnamon. Bold yet pliable tannins, fruit compote, cigar smoke and a muscular structure defined by length and elegance. Excellent with mature steaks and game.

RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.
