Deep purple and fragrant, with red cherry, dark plums, blackberry, violets, leather and spice on the nose. The palate is rich and concentrated with dark red fruits and hints of tobacco and coffee. A complex concentrated wine with ample velvety tannins, a lovely mineral acidity and a very long finish.

This Chardonnay is dry in style, and pale straw with clear hues in colour. The nose has fragrant aromas of apple blossom, pear, apricot, citrus and vanilla. Rich and mouth filling with juicy stone fruit, ripe pears, lemon zest, brioche and biscotti on the palate. The texture is creamy and mouth filling.

Bannockburn in Central Otago is renowned for its ability to produce small quantities of premium wines. Domain Road's Defiance Vineyard, on Felton Road, is tucked into a sheltered valley where miners once hunted for gold. This Pinot Gris is the colour of pale lemon straw, with clear hues. Aromas of toffee apple, lemon curd, pear, white melon with a hint of citrus blossom are detected on the nose. This is followed by a lush, full entry of pineapple, nashi pear, ginger and lemon sherbet. Excellent balance, with layers of complexity leading to a hint of sweetness in the finish.

Since the first vine was planted in 1987, the winemaker's know-how, the terroir and all the love of the CHEVALLIER family have given Chablis wines with authentic and exceptional aromas. Brilliant yellow-greenish colour, fruity, with white flowers, pineapple and citrus flavours that are all well-balanced. With nice acidity, minerality and good length, you can drink this Chablis with starters, seafood, white meat and cheeses.

Trail Rider wines are hand made from fruit grown on Eight Ranges' micro vineyard that overlooks the Central Otago Rail Trail. These are serious wines made with no corners cut, designed to be enjoyed and shared now, although these wines will develop with time. This is an enticingly elegant Pinot Noir with concentrated berry fruits and a herbaceous note reflecting the local thyme that grows around the winemakers vineyard. A smooth, lingering finish is supported by fine smoky notes providing a lovely savoury balance.

This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.

The nose is bursting with melons, peach and ripe tropical and citrus fruits, followed by a generous fruit-driven palate. Classic Chardonnay roundness, giving a mouth-filling finish.

Ripe peach, citrus with floral characters, rounded mouth feel and pleasant dry finish. Great with shellfish.
