The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old forms part of the Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. A matured character, the 12 Years Old delivers rich wood spice and dried fruits and a natural rich gold colour.

This beautiful single malt whisky has been maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels. While quietly ageing in their seaside bond store in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish. An elegant single malt with depth and characters that make this whisky a truly enjoyable experience.

South Island Single Malt, distilled from malted New Zealand barley, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels. This non-peated single malt has been slowly maturing in The NZ Whisky Collection's seaside bond store in Oamaru. Deep honey comb and orange in colour. Well balanced with light fruity notes, soft spice and creamy malt flavours, this lovely single malt whisky is easy drinking and delicate. A pleasant wee drop to sip!

The Oamaruvian Cask Strength is now available as a bold & beautiful single malt whisky. After maturing in ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years, the Oamaruvian has gained a beautiful rusty red, burnt umber colour while ageing in NZ pinot noir barrels for an additional 1.5 years. With rich flavours of christmas cake, spices and madeira - this single malt whisky is bold and heavy - yet elegant, like an elephant dressed up in a ballet tutu. Big but surprisingly smooth.

The Revolution is Back, better and bolder than before! This delicious NZ single malt whisky has been ageing 3 years in American ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into NZ Pinot Noir barrels, for an additional 1.5 years. While slowly maturing for 4.5 years in the seaside bond store in Oamaru, the new release of Oamaruvian Revolution - with a dark mahogany colour - has had time to gain more depth and has flavours, that any whisky lover would enjoy exploring.

Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky-smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.

A celebration of NZ single malt whisky and one of the most important French Oak forests: Allier. This whisky is made from unsmoked New Zealand grown malted barley and has been matured in a second fill wine cask from the Allier forest, central France. Initial grape notes from the wine have been pulled off in the first fill. What's left, and what has been imparted is beautifully smooth, balanced, and compliments the malty NZ whisky. The bottling is giving generous notes of pain aux raisin, dark chocolate, custard, hazelnut.
