An innovative twice-barreled bourbon, uniquely matured in two charred oak barrels to create its rich, layered character. After initial maturation, the bourbon is transferred to a second barrel that has been deeply toasted and lightly charred, drawing out additional soft, sweet oak notes. The nose reveals rich aromas of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak, while the palate is full-bodied with flavours of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spice. A long, creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple completes this indulgent expression.

Yatsu Boshi Citrus Gin is meticulously crafted with 3 distinctive citrus fruits from the southern island of Japan, Kumamoto. It has a fresh and invigorating aroma of early harvest Ao-yuzu (Green yuzu). The juicy sweetness of Shiranui (Sumo Mandarin) and the subtle, bittersweet complexity of Banpeiyu (Pomelo) harmonize with the elegance of fine juniper berries.
