You will need:

• 45ml Passionfruit Liqueur (we'd recommend Malibu Passion Fruit)
• 45ml Vanilla Vodka
• 45ml Passionfruit Puree 
• 30ml Fresh lime juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup (optional, would taste before adding this)
• Prosecco 
• Half a passionfruit to garnish 

To make:

1. In a shaker filled with ice, add passionfruit liqueur, vanilla vodka, passionfruit puree & lime juice.
2. Shake vigourously, then taste - add sugar syrup at this point if you like it sweeter. 
3. Shake again until ice cold then strain into a martini or coupe glass
4. Top with prosecco & garnish with half a passionfruit.
