This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.

The Pinot Noir grapes for this Brut are grown on vigorous soils however the cool climate keeps ripening slow and acids high. This makes a perfect combination of attributes for a sparkling base. Refined and delicate on the nose with white flowers and a mineral purity showcase the finesse of this wine. The lower dosage elegantly harmonises with vibrant acidity, creating a perfect aperitif-style sparkling wine.

The Central Otago terroir produces Pinot Noir fruit that is intensely coloured and brimming with flavour, this fruit creates stunning wines with black fruit characteristics and richly perfumed aromatics. Dark blackcurrant, wild blackberry, dried herb and spice drive the aromatics which then lead to a lush ripe textural flow showing great density and depth. The wine finishes with great softness and drive.
